Deleting your data

If you tried FastKPIs without an account

You don't need to do anything: what you created is deleted automatically after 30 days without activity. To have it deleted sooner, email privacy@fastkpis.com with the company name you entered, if any.

If you have an account

Email privacy@fastkpis.com from the email address you sign in with, and say whether you want just your own account deleted or your whole organisation's data (you need to be an owner or admin for that). Before you ask, you may want to download your appraisal forms as Excel or PDF.

We will confirm your request and delete within 30 days:

• your account and sign-in details;
• for an organisation: its appraisal forms, people, appraisal cycles, answers, scores, notes and logo;
• the email and activity records linked to them.

We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and short-lived backups are overwritten on their normal schedule. If you agreed to product emails, we also stop sending them.

If you received a review from your employer

Your employer controls your review. Please ask them first: they can cancel an open review in FastKPIs, and ask us to delete your reviews entirely. You can also email privacy@fastkpis.com and we will help your employer deal with your request.
