Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (and the organisation you act for) and Tyrian Ventures Pte. Ltd., 10 Anson Road, #13-09 International Plaza, Singapore 079903, which operates FastKPIs at fastkpis.com. By creating an account or sending an appraisal cycle, you accept them.

What FastKPIs does

FastKPIs helps organisations create employee appraisals with KPIs, send them to staff by private link, collect answers, score them and keep a record of each appraisal cycle. Staff who receive a review don't need an account.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to act for your organisation.
  • Keep access to your email secure: anyone who can read your sign-in codes can use your account.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.

Employee data

You decide which employees to add and what to ask them. You confirm that you are allowed to share their names, email addresses and job titles with us, and that you will tell them how their review data is used (our Privacy Policy can help). We process this data only to provide FastKPIs for you.

The appraisal assistant

The AI assistant drafts appraisal forms. Drafts can contain mistakes, so review them before you send them. You are responsible for the appraisals you use and for any decisions about your staff. FastKPIs never uses AI to rate or judge people.

Prices and payment

  • Your organisation's first appraisal cycle is free, for up to 20 appraisals.
  • After that, each department cycle costs US$10 for up to 30 appraisals (one person and one appraisal form each), with another US$10 for each further 30, including people added after sending. You pay once, by card through Stripe, when you send the cycle. There is no subscription.
  • These are launch prices. We may change prices for future cycles; a change never affects a cycle you have already paid for.
  • Refunds: if you close a paid cycle, or cancel its reviews, before anyone has opened their review link, we refund that payment in full. Email support@fastkpis.com within 30 days of paying. Otherwise payments aren't refundable, except where the law requires a refund.

Acceptable use

Don't use FastKPIs to break the law, to send unwanted email, to harass anyone, to interfere with the service, or to try to access other organisations' data.

Your content

Your appraisal forms, people and appraisals belong to your organisation. You give us permission to store and process them to provide FastKPIs. You can download appraisal forms as Excel or PDF at any time, and ask us to delete your data (see Deleting your data).

The service

We work hard to keep FastKPIs available and secure, but we provide it "as is" and can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using FastKPIs at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If an account closes, cycles in progress stop and you can ask for your data to be deleted.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell customers about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
